The project involves a redistribution of the rooms that places the living area, with kitchen and living room, on the street front, illuminated by three large windows and a French door leading to the balcony. The kitchen area is an integral part of the living room, island and table come together in a single element that combines aesthetics and practicality.

The chromatic choice and that of the furnishings in full Huit style is based on the use of a few colors that give the environment a style defined, the addition of textural materials creates the right detachment between the various elements, bringing the different rooms of the house into harmony with each other.

A neutral background in shades of gray is chosen for the walls, which enhances the furnishings and dialogues with the other material textures chosen for the interiors.

The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom with an open walk-in closet, the rooms are separated by a container furniture made of smoked glass and metal; the sleeping area is completed with a room for the son.
